I have attempted the relaibility test twice. The first time I scored a 60% with tendencies to code below the master codes. The second time I scored a 50% with tendencies to code higher than the master code. I'm so frustrated because I honestly don't kno what I'm doing wrong. Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Hi @Sandra Hardy, so glad you asked! I'd recommend you contact Teachstone for individualized support. If you email reliabilitysupport@teachstone.com someone can look at your testing trends and give you specific feedback. This blog has some great tips too: 10 Things to Do Before (and During) Your Reliability Testing. You've got this!

10 Things to Do Before (and During) Your Reliability Testing
I hate tests. They make me anxious, they make me sweat, and I think they're just plain <g class="gr_ gr_800 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="800" data-gr-id="800">mean</g>. It's funny, then, that my job is about preparing people to take a test. As a CLASS trainer, I'm constantly helping participants overcome test anxiety, think through preparation strategies, and deal with failure (usually followed by success).

    Hi,
Looks like we are in the same situation as I am working on the re-certification reliability test as well. I saw/read your advice, therefore I have sent out an e-mail and hope to be contacted soon!
