  • 1.  Looking for Online only CDA training

    Good afternoon myTeachstone friends. I am highly interested in starting my training towards applying for the CDA (Child Development Associate credential) I have been browsing for a trustworthy, top standard and accredited online training course but have had no luck. I am solely interested in Online training only because im working full time 6-7 days a week. If anyone who already has their CDA or would be able to point me towards a great online training program , I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance, Briana

    Teachstone actually has two CDA with CLASS course offerings - https://cdastore.teachstone.com/

    Online, On-Demand and self-paced
    OR
    Online, teacher-facilitated and 24 weeks

    I'm assuming that you will still have to have someone do a classroom observation and, possibly, review your Portfolio.

    This is the site we use to train all of our teachers.  You pay as you go. Teachers really seem to gain GREAT knowledge.  Good luck.
