One of our Community Advisory Board members, @Paula Polito, was also a guest blogger for us this week. She shares how she uses a SWOT analysis to plan and goal set personally and professionally.

Some who attended InterAct shared a goal of maximizing your CLASS advocacy work in the field, like @Dianna Constant. Paula is a real inspiration in the work she does for early childhood education at the local level.

Take a look at Paula's breakdown of her strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Then download a blank copy and make your own!

Knowing your Strengths and Weaknesses for Goal Setting
While preparing for a recent presentation on "My CLASS Philosophy," I had many thoughts running through my head. There was no firm agenda that I was asked to follow, just to share my philosophy. Coming from a business background, I did what I have been trained to <g class="gr_ gr_202 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="202" data-gr-id="202">do-a</g> SWOT Analysis.

Thank you for sharing this resource. I've never thought of doing a SWOT in terms of my personal self. I've just finished up my first coaching cycle and wanted to do self-reflection and I'm going to add this as part of reflection. I'm also going to utilize this in terms of our coaching program as we move forward to next year. Great resource.
