Hello and thank you for reaching out. There are a number of resources to support you in the reliability testing process.
- I would suggest starting with the reliability support page, which provides many resources for sharpening your reliability, testing tips, as well as recommendations for when and how to contact Teachstone for help.
- You should also have access to a set of practice resources in your testing page. Here, you will find a checklist of items to support your prep, including some practice videos and downloadable justifications.
- While we cannot reveal the master codes (or correct answers) for the assessment videos, you should have received a report that explained how you scored for each video (a percentage) and in which dimensions you tended to undercode or overcode. It can be helpful to closely review this to understand which dimensions you tend to score high, low, or even both -- and then go back to the video examples and manual to refine your understanding of those dimensions.
Best of luck to you in this process!

I did pass last year, but I keep missing the Observation test by one or two this year. What can I do to improve? I know there is a place to watch videos to practice, but I do not know what the master code is. So I do not know if I coded it right or not.
