    Question, I haven't received my UPS package. The email I received was below. Please help.

    Thank you Ms. Allison for your response email. I appreciate your efforts very much. I have emailed Teachstone Customer Support and let them know that I have not received my UPS package and my start date is April 18th. Hopefully, I'll get my package, soon.

    You are so welcome! I am hopeful you will hear back soon with your tracking information, or that you've already heard, but I have also heard that you can begin the course even if you're still awaiting your book.     I will reach out to our Customer Support team to see if they can figure out why the course is not opening for you. Sometimes, it can take a few minutes for the platform to refresh and open the course, but typically it is not long. Thank you so much!

    I have normally when I'm done with one I automatically get in i don't know what's wrong
