    AppleTree Institute for Education Innovation is presently seeking temporary contracted early childhood classroom observers for the Baseline wave of its assessment program. AppleTree has established a reputation for excellence in the education of young children in the District of Columbia. Local and national organizations and agencies, as well as many families and community members, have taken notice of the positive impact our research-driven program has on children's Baselines and their later academic achievement.

    Hi Sharon, if you're interested in becoming a certified CLASS Observer, you can learn more about that here: https://teachstone.com/class-certifications/  In general, you would take the CLASS Observation Training and then need to pass the CLASS Reliability Test. 

    If you don't need to be a CLASS Observer but are interested in learning more about CLASS concepts or strategies to enhance interactions, there are a number of other professional development options you can learn about here: https://teachstone.com/professional-development/

    I have been holding virtual CLASS observations and assessments for over a year now. I am very experienced and am certified in Infant, Toddler and Preschool observation.
