We often hear about Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP), which involves making educational decisions that take into consideration knowledge about child development and learning, what's individually appropriate for a child, and each child's social and cultural context. But this can be tricky without a deep understanding of what typical development and learning look like at different ages. Milestones in Action offers descriptions of what each developmental milestone is from 2 months to 5 years of age and a quick video of what each looks like. It's a really helpful reminder!
