Hi there Anonymous! We have a platform that does just that! Some of the great features: 

• Add Cycle over Cycle data, down to the indicator level
• Automatically generated (and customizable) CLASS reports at the individual, center, and program level
• Ability to upload video and tie to the observation
• Will have our Environmental Scales added 

In addition to our Observation Data Collection and Reporting module (which would be added as a tile on everyone's dashboard), you'd also have the option to add on our Learning Resources module - a robust suite of videos, PDFs, and courses to provide PD based directly on the data in the platform!
