What a thoughtful, and important prompt. Thanks for getting the discussion started, Allison. For me, I'm trying to find at least 5 minutes a day to have for myself, doing whatever it is I feel like at the time. It may sitting outside and getting fresh air, going for a quick walk, reading a chapter in a book, or if I find I have more than 5 minutes I'll get in a workout. The days are long, the stress is high, and I find taking this time for myself and listening to what my body and mind wants and needs in that moment really helps me to stay grounded.

Subject: How are you prioritizing SEL and well-being this school year?
Hello CLASS Learning Community Members,
I hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far! As we enter into the new school year, I would love to know, How are you prioritizing social-emotional learning (SEL) and well-being this school year?
Please chime in below with what your role is, and how you are taking care of yourself and those who rely on you. Keep in mind that this prioritization can look different depending on your role, whether you're a parent, teacher, supervisor, coach, etc. What advice would you give to others who aren't sure where to start?
I can't wait to engage around this topic and learn from one another!
Best,
Allison
