  • 1.  Video Library not on my Dashboard anymore.

    Hello,
    I logged into my account and my Video Library is gone. I have been logging in off and on since November to watch videos. I was just wondering if anyone knows why they might have disappeared.

    You get 3 months of access to the Video Library when you are working on certifying or recertifying. I'm guessing your 3 months recently expired. You can see some sample ones here, or if you're interested in purchasing a subscription, you can choose from 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
