Good Morning,  I have some questions. I attended Ashford University on online and received a Master in Early Childhood. What do I need to do to obtain a License in Mississippi or take the Praxis Test, to becoming a Preschool Teacher. I was told it was an unlicensed Accredited Program. Will I have to take all those classes again? I also have a CDA in Preschool. Thanks in advance for your help! I work with a Collaborative Preschool Program.

HI Mary

The best thing to do is contact the Department of Education in Mississippi to found out the state's licensing requirements.  Most states do require that degrees are from accredited universities. However each state is different.  This is something I always share with those looking to do coursework either in person or online.  Be sure to check the accreditation of the college and the program.  Best of luck!
