Hello,
We recently did the Prek Calibration video 70:28 It's everybody's hat. All of my staff scored higher than the master code in Behavior Management and Concept Development. This is the first time that this has happened to us. We have staff that has been scoring for over 15 years. Where could I find the master code justifications and any resource that I can provide to my staff to go over these two dimensions?

Hello! We do not provide written justifications for our calibration videos, but the webinar that comes with the calibration provides the justifications for the codes as part of the presentation. I would reach out to contact@teachstone.com if your staff needs help accessing the webinar. Our master coders did note that this was a particularly challenging video. I hope that your team got some rich discussion from it!
