    Hello Everyone,
Hope you are all staying safe. I was wondering what you all are doing in terms of coaching virtually during Covid 19. I live here in California and we are in Shelter in Place at least until May 3rd. Would you all share ideas how you all are supporting your teachers during this time and how you are coaching them. I would love to hear some ideas from you all. Thank you!

This is week 4 of WFH for us. I am trying to balance distance coaching with not jamming everyone's mailbox with positivity messages!  I can be verbose, email-wise!  And quite frankly it is how I manage my own anxiety!
Two of my children are in the health care industry. Eldest is in the food industry.  All three children still working each day-with some modifications. Trying to keep life calm and normal here at Windsor Castle, but it ain't easy.  And I worry about them.

Working from home is a challenge when you can't get out of your own way!
Our Woburn site is doing a lovely job with videos to their families.  Center Administrator Fran really keeps me in the loop.
Today at 10 a Zoom meeting with to iron out the All Staff Training which will be zoomed in two 3 hour segments, Monday and Wednesday.
My piece is Monday, the 4th in my yearlong series on ILF.
Yeah, it's a whole new world...

Hi @Maria Cano Cruz and @Susan Waldman,

It is so incredible to read about the unique things happening in everyones lives and it is difficult sometimes to know how to effectively interact with colleagues, parents, and students. Your posts reminded me of a blog post that was written by @Mamie Morrow TS recently titled Coaching From a Distance: The Power of Online Interactions. There is also an upcoming webinar on Thursday, April 16 at 1pm EST that you may be interested in attending titled Strategies for Teachers to Support Parent/Child Interactions at Home. You can register for it on our website, and can also access many other free resources specific to this difficult time. I hope these links and resources are helpful to you. Stay well!

    Best,
    Allison
