This is week 4 of WFH for us. I am trying to balance distance coaching with not jamming everyone's mailbox with positivity messages! I can be verbose, email-wise! And quite frankly it is how I manage my own anxiety!
Two of my children are in the health care industry. Eldest is in the food industry. All three children still working each day-with some modifications. Trying to keep life calm and normal here at Windsor Castle, but it ain't easy. And I worry about them.
Working from home is a challenge when you can't get out of your own way!
Our Woburn site is doing a lovely job with videos to their families. Center Administrator Fran really keeps me in the loop.
Today at 10 a Zoom meeting with to iron out the All Staff Training which will be zoomed in two 3 hour segments, Monday and Wednesday.
My piece is Monday, the 4th in my yearlong series on ILF.
Yeah, it's a whole new world...

Subject: Coaching Virtually
Hello Everyone,
Hope you are all staying safe. I was wondering what you all are doing in terms of coaching virtually during Covid 19. I live here in California and we are in Shelter in Place at least until May 3rd. Would you all share ideas how you all are supporting your teachers during this time and how you are coaching them. I would love to hear some ideas from you all. Thank you!
