    Hello,
    I am a coach. I have questions about teacher access. My teacher signed up for a free account.  She was asked for a product key.  I told her to use the distance code sent this week.  She said it was already in use.  Can teachers have a FREE ACOUNT and access to FREE RESOURCES.

    Hi @Heather Shepherd, your teachers should all be able to use that code to access the free resources.

    To access the free learning resources content, visit https://dashboard.teachstone.com/users/login

    You'll then click Activate a Product Key and enter 5LMQ6ZQV23FNM56S


    If it's not working for them, you (or they) can also reach out to our customer support team and let them know the product key didn't work and they will be able to manually add the resources to the account.
