I would agree that using the CLASS definitely makes a difference in the overall quality of the classroom. Once teachers really embrace the tool and begin to use it, it is amazing how smoothly the classroom runs. I have observed in infant/toddler and Pre-K in childcare, schools and head starts all over the US since CLASS was introduced and it is amazing to see the growth in teachers questions and childrens responses. As an Affiliate Trainer, I think it is so sad when I see people in the classes who are so opposed to trying something new. Yes, it is hard work in the beginning, but if the participants only knew how much easier it would make their lives and the children's in the long-run, they would embrace it more readily!

I am so excited to share that I was able to re-certify in July on the first round of videos. I reviewed our CLASS training resources and watched several sample videos. While it was a relief to pass on the first try, it truly built my confidence and gave me a sense of empowerment that I am using the tool correctly and accurately. I was in the preschool classroom for 16 years, and the CLASS tool truly would have improved the way that I taught and interacted with my littles. In my opinion, CLASS strongly enhances the teacher/child interactions and relationships.
