    Hace unos meses, se hizo una pregunta en la comunidad sobre iniciando conversaciones durante la hora de comer. Muchos miembros de la comunidad compartieron sus consejos y preguntas que se pueden hacer durante la hora de comer. Tenemos el placer de ofrecer este recurso en español disponible para descargar y utilizar. ¿Cuáles son algunas preguntas que ustedes usan para iniciar una conversación durante la hora de comida?

    A few months ago, a question was asked in the CLC regarding lunchtime conversation starters. Many community members shared their tips and questions that they ask children during mealtime. We are pleased to offer this resource in Spanish available to download and print. What are some questions you use to start a conversation during mealtime? The original resource in English is attached also!

    Love these! I've found anything about animals can start a conversation with kids. "Do you think you'd like being a giraffe?"

    My 4-year-old mostly wants to talk about anything dinosaur or Transformers Rescue Bots related. While we're at dinner he likes to ask things like, "Would you rather be a stegosaurus or a diplodocus?" or "Who do you think is faster, Heat Wave or Chase?" It's impossible to get him to tell me about his school day, but these at least still provide some good conversation!

    Gracias por compartir, me gustó mucho.  Yo he logrado tener una comunicación muy buena con estas preguntas.

    También quiero compartir unas preguntas sencillas y relacionadas que me ha funcionado muy bien 
    "Me pueden decir que es su comida favorita"
    " vamos a diferenciar entre saludables para tener una mente y cuerpo bien alimentado"
    y las que
    "debemos comer muy pocas veces porque el exceso de carbohidratos y azúcares NO ayudan a nuestra mente y cuerpo favorablemente"
    Esto también nos ayuda a complementar nuestro menú.
