If you have been watching webinar recordings, many of the certificates are located at the bottom of the page where you view the webinar for download. If it is another kind of certificate, I would recommend reaching out to our customer support team at

Does any of you knows how can I get my certificates of attendance for trainings done with Teachstone?
I have been doing trainings from Teachstone and I have not gotten my certificates. I was supposed to get an email with the certificate the next day after taking the trainand I have not received anything yet. I'm missing three certificates of attendance. How would I be able to get them?
