  • 1.  OB card in the mail

    Hay my friends at the Teach-stone community. I hope everybody is holding up in this most difficult time. I will be praying that each and everyone of you stay safe..... But I do have a question that I was wondering about?  And this question is for anyone who knows ....I wanted to know how long did it take after you passed the certification test did it take to get your certification information in the mail. It has been over a month since I passed  the test and was just wondering. Do I need to contact someone?

    My last one came within a month,but it has taken up to 4 months in the past.

    Hi @Marsheal Risin, it can take several weeks to process and send certification cards. But if it has been more than six weeks since you passed reliability and you still have not received your card, contact Customer Support.

    Sometimes cards don't arrive because we have the wrong mailing address for you. You can make sure that your contact information and shipping address is up to date in your myTeachstone account. You can update this information by clicking on "My Account" in the drop-down menu next to your name in the upper right corner.     ​
