If this post makes it easier to understand the type of curriculum implementation that they are looking for from us as ECEs, I have a few semi-detailed reasoning for you all. I'm not sure about how many people have knowledge about what Wardolf in Education means, but it is a specific type of learning method/style. Those of you who have taken the CDA, our courses came from an institution named Wardolf University. The Wardolf School Method is based on a philosophy that prioritizes the arts and the imagination. Me as an Early Childhood Educator enjoy this specific method because it doesn't limit the children. Us as adults have been through life to a certain number years to date, but we still don't know literally everything nor is our knowledge the only way to life because we are older than the children. I can commend this specific style so that everyday the classroom it is an open minded environment, which also allows room for learning and improvement as the teacher.
