Does anyone have any tips or just advice in general they'd like to share?

Hi there! I would suggest familiarizing yourself with calibration videos, read the manual, and get good at sorting your notes. When you take a reliability test, take breaks in between videos or do it across several days otherwise your brain will get overworked. Don't rewatch the video! Watch it once and use closed captioning. Don't overthink and remember the frequency and duration of the evidence observed! :)

General life advice:  Always wear sunscreen especially on your face.
CLASS advice: remain objective, do more CLASS observations and it will be easier to take notes and sort as you observe, write down direct quotes to help understand depth of an interaction, watch non-verbal responses and cues as CLASS evidence.
