Every day, in every classroom, your interactions with children shape their learning, development, and future success. Research consistently shows that what you do matters-not just in the moment, but in long-term outcomes for the children in your care.

Studies using CLASS have found that strong teacher-child interactions lead to:
    βœ… Increased social-emotional skills
    βœ… Higher academic achievement
βœ… Long-term success in school and beyond

Even small, meaningful moments-asking open-ended questions, offering encouragement, or engaging in rich conversations-have a lasting impact.

We'd love to hear from you! What's one interaction you've had or observed recently that made a difference? Let's celebrate these powerful moments together. πŸ’™

The one thing I have done that has changed my perception of teaching is open ended questions. Constantly having conversations they can interact and reinforce them no matter where the conversation goes. I can tell a difference in their speech and also confidence when speaking to me!
