    I got told that I would reiecieve a certification card in the mail, at some point after passing the test.. Is this a thing?

    When did you pass your test(s)? I did not receive my cards for several months, probably about 2-3 months after each of the two tests I took. I'm not sure if that's a normal turnaround time as these were my first two CLASS certifications.

    From what I remember, it usually takes a while before the cards come in. I can't remember exactly how long because I did not need my card since I was only doing observations at the center I worked at..

    Hi @Anders Flengsrud,

    Emily and Sarah are completely correct, it does take some time for the certification cards to reach you in the mail. Our Customer Support team sends a list on the first of each month for anyone who certified within the previous month​ to our printing company. It then takes about 6 weeks to get each batch printed, and then they are sent out by mail. If you don't receive your card within a few months after certifying, I would recommend contacting our Customer Support team at contact@teachstone.com to request your card be re-ordered.
