Thank you both so much for reaching out. I am so sorry you have not received your certification cards yet! We usually place the card order at the beginning of each month for everyone who was certified the previous month, so if you completed your certification test in June, your cards should have been ordered at the beginning of July. It is normal for it to take about 6-8 weeks for the card to arrive after it is ordered, but I know that with COVID, sometimes they are getting lost in the mail. If you don't receive your cards within the next couple weeks, I would recommend reaching out to Customer Support at contact@teachstone.com. Again, I am so sorry that you still haven't received your cards, and I am sure our Customer Support team will do their best to ensure one arrives to you soon.
