  • 1.  template for feedback to classroom teachers

    Hi CLASS community!
    Might anyone have a template/form they'd be willing to share that could be used to give classroom teachers a short summary/overview after a CLASS rating?  I know there is the online program that can be joined for a fee.  What I am interested in, however, is just a simple form for providing feedback to those classroom teachers.

    Hi Dana,

    I am not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but here are two forms that my program is using for giving feedback. I think one has our logo and name however you can edit them as you choose. There are some visuals on one of the forms that represent an analogy we use at the program I work for to describe the 3 domains (1. "heart"- Emotional Support, 2. "spine"- Classroom Organization, 3. "brain"- Instructional Support) just to clarify the reasoning behind having those on there. I hope that you are able to find or create something that works for you, good luck!

    YES!!!?? That is exactly what I was hoping for.?? Great ideas on a format
    to provide that feedback.?? Thanks so much for sharing!!?? I am going to
    take your ideas and create a document that works for our situation!!??
