    Hello 

    I have received 2 emails about switching to the cohort that starts today 1/9/23 or be charged. I have replied to both emails that would like to be switched to this new cohort and each time I've received an automated email back with a case number each time. But have received no further communication. Will I be able to start the new cohort?  How do I contact an actual person?  Any help is appreciated!
