    I am new to taking online courses, so I am trying to understand if I am supposed to be doing course 1 & course 4 at the same time?  Or do I complete course 1 throughout the weeks, and then start course 4?

    You should be completing them both. I personally aim to get course 1 done the first half of the week and course 4 the second half.
