I'm having a hard time getting a visit, I was told that I have only completed fours 1 & 4. But there is nothing showing up on my dashboard. If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated

My name is Megin Ruston, and I am the Online Course Facilitation Manager here at Teachstone. I'm glad you reached out about your certificates. Great question! When you log into your dashboard, click on the "Learning" dropdown menu and then on "My Training History." From here, you can adjust the dates to find your certificates of completion. For example, if you completed your Course 1 in February of 2024, you would adjust the dates to start February 1 of 2024. I've attached a couple of screenshots to help you navigate!
