Hello All,

I hope this message finds each of you well. I am having a difficult time trying to figure out what is next. I passed the Reliability test also passed and completed the CLASS Observation Support Setting with Dual Language Learners, Reducing Bias, Serving Children with Disabilities. I requested the product key code but have not heard anything. According to one email it appears I need to complete the Pre-K/K Class Environment Foundations and CLASS Environment within a CLASS Observation. Is that all I need to move forward as a CLASS Observer? Please help. Please take care. Thank you.

It looks like you are in CA, correct? If so, your Regional Lead can give you a key code for CLASS Environment. Sounds like you already reached out, I would follow up with them. If you need help finding your lead please email me, mwheelahan@edcoe.org
