It sounds like you have so much on your plate right now, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed. You're juggling a lot-staff shortages, an upcoming federal review, and finishing your CDA-on top of personal challenges. That's a lot for anyone!
First, take a deep breath. πΏ You're not alone in this, and the review is not just on you. Your dedication and hard work already show that you care deeply about your school and the children you serve. That passion is what truly matters.
Lean on your team where you can, and try to take things one step at a time. It's okay to feel the pressure, but don't let it make you doubt yourself. You're learning, growing, and doing your best-that's what counts.
π You got this! πͺβ¨

this really doesnt have to do with CDA however it is coming down to the wire so to speak. I have had several things go on this past week, from family circumstances, to teachers leaving our school leaving us now very short handed. We (our school) is up for its federal review and I am so very nervous, The lead teacher is out for medical reasons for the rest of the year. I guess I just needed to vent, I am still very new at all of this, I dont want to be the reason that we get a bad review, I know it not just on one person, just feels like it right now, plus almost being done with cda , portfolio has to be complete, aaghgghghghghghgh ............... ok Im done thank you for the ear.
