I have been dealing with new borns up to mostly five years old.
pick up time is when I get to talk to the parents and discuss all appropriate matters. In addition to going over what the child did throughout the day I also discuss different approaches I employ for each individual child. I also send them pictures so they feel they too are a part of what is going on.
By the time they leave my day care they are way ahead in their learning capabilities , helping spontaneously and also learning to differentiate between right and wrong.
