I recently had the opportunity to be a part of the InterAct conference that took place in San Antonio, TX at the luxury hotel St. Anthony. At one of the trainings some books were recommended. Does anyone have that list? I don't think it was on the PowerPoint, am interested in looking into them. Any help is appreciated, thank you all!

Hey @Ayesha Morin, it was so good to meet you in person in San Antonio! Do you have any more info on what session you were in or what type of book was recommended? I know the session I sat in with Aaron Daffern, he recommended a book by Atul Gawande called The Checklist Manifesto.  But I also would guess a number of other books were recommended by others. Was is a CLASS specific session?

It might have been when either Monica or Samantha was presenting. The topic had to do with all children needing connection, organization and challenge. Also when leadership was addressed I believe a book was mentioned. For the coaching I do believe that something to do with these methods was mentioned as a resource. Was Aaron the presenter that spoke on coaching? I just wanted to be sure. Thank you for getting back to me.

I checked in with Monica, who shared that they recommended The Boy Who Was Raised as a Dog by Dr. Bruce Perry. I am seeing what I can find out about anything shared during the Coaching session, and I will send along anything I hear!
