    Hello. My name is Jennifer. I'm a 26 year old mom with a 1 year old son. I currently work at Kindercare with the infants. Occasionally I am asked to help out with other age groups. My son is enrolled in the toddler classroom, so everyone tries to keep me out of there. I am very excited to earn my CDA so I can officially be able to run my own classroom by myself. I love working with children, especially the younger ones so I can be apart of the beginning of their journey into childhood.

    Hello Jennifer!

    I also work with the infants at my current center! Our preferences seem to be similar as I also prefer the younger children even though I have worked with all age groups. I think it's awesome you want to run your own classroom in the future once you complete your CDA! I wish you all the best in your journey and look forward to hearing more from you soon!     Hi Alexis, I was commenting on Jennifers post and figured I would introduce myself here as well. Are you also working at a KinderCare? I just started at a new location and we currently don't have kids in the building yet. I worked in a preschool for 3 years from 2009-2012 and did private care after, but I cant wait to work in a classroom setting again.     Hi Jennifer,  I also work at a KinderCare and would love to become a lead teacher. and maybe one day a director, or possibly open my own child care facility. Im currently working with 2 year olds, but love working with every age under 8... once they hit 9 I swear I just loose all clout. lol Good luck on the course!
