    Since July 2024 when I started the CDA classes through Kindercare no one has ever responded to my complaints of being kicked out, nor was I ever told how to get back in. I know I was not the only one, because I kept seing complaints from other people on this site.

    I also work for Kindercare, started my CDA certification in August. I was kicked out of all my courses at the end of January (even a course that had just began). I've sent over 5 tickets. I've contacted the Course Facilitator, Enrollment, and general customer support. No response. Still waiting.
