Thank you so much for reaching out! A product key is a unique code you can use to add a product from Teachstone to your account. You may not need a product key, for instance, if you are taking the CDA with CLASS Course, you won't need a product key as the course is automatically added to your account. Some examples of times you would use a product key are to add recertification or a video library subscription to your account. I hope this helps!
