I purchased an extenstion for Pre-K - 2nd edition. While I received the email right away, I got an error message when entering the key. Furthermore, the error message said "you do not have an extendable test for Pre-K ". This led me to beleive I had purchased the wrong key as the message omits part of the class title. And both titles are part of the purchase menu. I therefore sent an email requesting a refund and purchased another key not knowing how long before this option to purchase an extention would last. I hope to get a refund.
It is frustrated that it was not clear what time the original test would expire. The time I allocated to the test taking time was wasted. I am not happy having to purchase an extension. Processing a purchase is very simple, however, getting the product to work is very inconviniently frustrating.
The second key I purchased, when entered, gives me the same error message. So now I have to try this for a few days to see if it is a matter of time, I would like to avoid having to request a refund. And again, I do not how long before the option fot an extension expires.
