I would like to renew the CLASS Reliability for my agency.  Can you please inform me how this process will work.

Thank you for reaching out! Your agency may provide you with a product key, or you will purchase one yourself​ via this link for your recertification. You will then enter the product key into your account to open your testing window. You get 8 weeks to complete your recertification test once you activate this.
