Hello, my coworkers and I took the CLASS 2nd Gen training for PreK and K-3 observation certification. However, we ONLY work with children birth to PreK.

When taking the certification test, my coworkers and I finding that 4 of the 5 videos are Elementary age observations. This makes us feel like we selected the wrong certification for the job we do, and that we need to be doing the 2008 Certification with just PreK. 

  Is there a way to take the CLASS 2008 PreK Certification test instead of the 2nd Generation certification test, even though we attended the 2nd Gen training?

I checked in with our Customer support team for more information. The Pre-K-3 Second Edition training is used the same way whether you are coding in a Pre-K or K-3 classroom, but I can understand how this can be confusing when you only intend to code Pre-K classrooms. The CS team said they could switch your test manually, but you would also need to reach out to them after you pass so they could manually add your certification.
