All of my initiatives are focused on core skills. I trained the teachers to look at every aspect of a child. to look for cues of all types. How do I promote effective teaching? We have trainings all through the program year to to enhance effective teaching. I know all the children have access to a good teacher because all teachers are trained through out the year.
