I am wondering if any sites have found ways to highlight teachers across the teams for focus areas across the board like emotional support, classroom management, and instructional support. Positive strategies for this would be lovely to share. What has worked for your teams? In what ways do you keep CLASS scores in the forefront for development without making anyone feel left out?
