I also wanted to note that you should never give a perfect code for anything. Master Coders do not. However, I have observed many times when a perfect score IS warranted and therefore I give it. I absolutely agree! It is simply not logical that so many people, the majority, have such trouble re-certifying! This would point the finger back to the test, not the testees.
