    Hi, Zully
I have a couple of conversation starter-type things we give our teachers. They may have come from here originally... not sure. Our teachers really find them helpful for Language Modeling, Concept Development, and Instructional Learning Formats.
NAEYC has a lot of great articles. Here's one:

Cox Campus has some too, like this one:

Hi hello Everyone I am a new teacher working with kids, so I have a lot to learn, I really have so many Questions, but something that's been difficult for me to work with is managing kids behavior.

    Hi @Cynthia Hawit,

Thank you so much for reaching out - managing behavior can absolutely be difficult. I would highly recommend listing to this podcast episode, Reframing "Challenging" Behavior and Why Our Response Matters. It's a short episode, but absolutely worth a listen! Some awesome tips are shared that you can implement right away such as Modeling Composure to support self-regulation, Creating a safe space to release strong emotions, and Acknowledging Feelings while stating a boundary.

Here are some other resources as well that you may be interested in:
Other members may weigh in as well, but if you have any specific scenarios you'd like to share that are challenging, sometimes that can help us to give you more advice too. Thank you so much for your post, I really hope these resources help!

    Best,
    Allison
