    Hi everyone!
     I was wondering if anyone had a good template for writing up teacher's scores with high points and low points. I have a generic one, however I would like to see something different that I can share with them when explaining their review.  Thanks so much!

    My template is pretty general too... It's a google doc with all of the dimensions listed.  I fill in each one based on observations and end each paragraph with a reflective question.  I would love to see how others do this as well!  Great question.

    This is what I use to provide my teachers feedback after a CLASS observation.  It is pretty basic and I only give them ranges not actual scores.

    Hi, Gillian Greetings from Texas I have a question we are getting ready to conduct our fall observations and I wanted to know if you have a template for a teacher self refection across all class domains. We plan to compare the teacher's self-assessment to actual scores.

    Here are some that I downloaded from the MyPeers website, so I did not create them.  My self-reflection that I created for my teachers does not cover all domains, only the areas that we felt they most needed to work on.
