All Things CLASS

Does anyone have or know of a simple cheat sheet I could give the teachers with the CLASS dimensions and whatnot for the teaching practices? All of the resources I come across are lengthy. I am trying to find a simple sheet they can hang up in their rooms or carry with them. Thanks!

1) If you want a true list of CLASS dimensions, this is probably your best bet
2) If you want more dimension level information, this is longer at nearly 4 pages, but has some great specific behaviors and examples teachers can try with children while potentially distancing or using masks due to COVID.
3) Lastly, this is a document for families, about CLASS at home. But I really like the way the three Pre-K domains are described, if you want something really high-level

• Emotional Support domain interactions communicate, "I'm here for you."
• Classroom Organization domain interactions communicate, "I make plans for you."
• Instructional Support domain interactions communicate, "I'm ready to learn with you."

Curious if others have resources they've created or used that are helpful too!

Hi @Timmy Jones, do you mean the CLASS at Home resource or the Effective Interactions one? The Effective Interactions one is applicable for Prek-K3 since the CLASS tool is so similar for both. ​​We don't currently have a CLASS at Home document for other age groups, but I can pass along that it's something requested!

There are a number of downloadable resources and blog posts in Spanish if you want to explore some other resources as well. Lastly, if you're not yet part of it, I also always recommend our Spanish language community group on Facebook. Anna regularly shares new resources available in Spanish there.
