Is anyone willing to share a CLASS Scoring Template you use in the classroom?

When we do our informal CLASS observations, we don't give number scores, just the range. This is the form I use to provide feedback from an observation.

Interesting form, I like it. I could actually use this form. I am the Educational Coach for my Early Headstart and Headstart program and I do CLASS observations as well. This could help me give feedback to the teaching staff after an observation.

This is a useful template. I will share it with teachers. It will allow me to highlight their strengths as well as area of growth.

This are the forms we use to give feedback after a CLASS observation.  To score the observations we use the CLASS scoring sheets purchased from Teachstone.  I hope this is helpful.

I made these so that I can take notes with more space but still keep them organized in the domains.  I then transfer the condensed info onto the standard score sheets. Maybe it will help!

(I uploaded the Word doc and a pdf, because sometimes the layout gets messed up when I try to send the Word doc...It's the fonts I use I think.)

    Hi @Christel Nelson
Great to always see how willing everyone is to share what's worked for them. Like Arlene said, if you're doing a formal CLASS Observation, you should be using an official score sheet.

We also have informal score sheets perfect for coaching or quick classroom visits. There's a blog post about it here to get some guidance: https://info.teachstone.com/blog/coaching-through-informal-observations. I've also attached a copy of the form.
