    @Mary-Margaret K Gardiner

    This is the MOST comprehensive booklist for social/emotional that I have ever seen!

    http://csefel.vanderbilt.edu/documents/booklist.pdf

    It is, however, a little dated and does not include all the wonderful new anti-bias, antiracism books recently published for children.

    I tend to check out what First Book has to offer.  They have information to go with some of the books listed.  Hope this is helpful.The supportive material for grief is in English and Spanish, but not all materials are available in both languages.  Many of the books on First Book are discounted, but if you have an account with them they do have a book bank tab, the books listed there are free you just have to pay for shipping.  This site did broaden my spectrum for the books I look at when focused on emotions, social emotional support and grief.
