    Hello CLASS Learning Community Members,

During an upcoming webinar, on July 28, 2022, at 3 p.m. ET, we will be talking about some Sticky Situations with Deidre Harris! Here is one sticky situation we will be discussing - what advice would you give to this assistant teacher?

"I'm an assistant teacher and the lead teacher in my room is really rough with the kids. She always has a short temper and often resorts to putting kids in time out. I don't agree with this approach. How do I handle it?"

Do you have any Sticky Situations the CLASS Learning Community might be able to help with? Be sure to share it below!

Be sure to register for the webinar to learn more about how to stay in sync as a teaching team, and check out the Teaching with CLASS Episode and resource with the same guest, Deidre Harris, to learn more about team agreements!

    Best,
    Allison

Hi Allison, I will be working on July 28 and not sure I will get permission to attend webinar at school. If I miss this how would I come to know about this. And also does it affect my assignment results.
please let me know about this.

    Thank you
    jyoti.

    Hi @Jyoti Atkari,

Thank you so much for reaching out! This webinar is not required as part of your CDA with CLASS Course, anything here in the CLASS Learning Community is optional for you to participate. If you would like to watch the webinar but are unable to attend live, we will upload the recordings for each webinar here in the CLC afterward. I hope this helps!

Good morning:  I enjoyed yesterday's session so much and came away hoping that we will get to continue discussing some of the topics that were covered in the webinar.  I especially enjoyed the "sticky situations".  We all have them and sometimes it is so helpful to hear how others deal with them!!

I also wanted to confirm that all participants from yesterday will be receiving the powerpoint and a certificate of completion?

    Thanks so much!!
