Hi Patricia!  My name is Gina Gates and I am the Regional Director for the state of FL.  I have been working closely with many of the ELCs on all things ARPA.  Your local coalition (I am assuming you are supported by the ELC of Broward County) will have guidance on how you can access the training opportunities for the ARPA CLASS Bonus.  The ARPA page on their website should have helpful information to guide you on this process.
