Most of you are already back in your classroom, so we're asking another Back-to-School question for you!
How do you support new teachers during their first week of school? In what ways were you supported when you first began teaching? What types of things could have been done to make it better? Share your tips, best practices, and any tools that help with this transition!
When I first started working in my Pre-K class, it was helpful that I came into a room with an established routine and structure. Having a plan, a detailed calendar of daily tasks and transition times ready for me was so helpful and helped eliminate a lot of worry and stress!
