Today I listened to the back to school discussions on instructional support, getting the classroom ready, by a host of Class experts, I sat and listened to various segments, which consisted of 17 minutes 45 seconds,38 minutes seven seconds 30 minutes and 20 minutes 25 seconds. What I found useful was the experts being able to answer the questions during the discussions that are asked about different concerns that educators had.
Everyone's input was to the point, they had lots of resources. Emily Doyle and Matt Owens spoke about his secondary background but also played a tremendous role in giving examples of how to model language and continued explaining how to asked open ended questions where teachers are able to extend conversations during interactions with children. Such as what makes you think that ?
Liz also spoke about about parent versus teacher role and how important they both are.
There was a segment where Mary Magaret spoke and other speakers who spoke about how important class i and how it varies from other experts coming to a classroom and having their view point.
