In terms of Behavior Management, if the incidents described were the only examples of challenging behavior, I would characterize it as periodic episodes of misbehavior, which is consistent with the mid-range for the Student Behavior indicator for Behavior Management. I think the aggression falls under Negative Climate, whereas the frequency of the misbehavior is captured in Behavior Management.
